Assignment 11

This is assignment 11, in which we had to create a poster with a surrealism picture to advertise an art exhibition poster. We had to create the surrealism piece based on inspiration pieces. 

Assignment 10 envelope

This is assignment 10 part 2, in which we had to create an envelope for our company using a design similar to that we used for the business card and the letter head.

Assignment 9

This is assignment 9, in which we had to create one word mark and one letter mark logo for a company. I made a letter mark for home and home insurance, and I made a word mark for bloom’s flower shoppe.

Assignment 10 Business Card

This is assignment 10, in which we had to use the logo we made in the previous assignment, Assignment 9, and make a business card for the company. I made a business card for the company called Home and Home Insurance.

Assignment 8

This is assignment 8, in which we were to create two different style logos for the same company. The company I had to design a logo for was called St. Louis Symphony.

Assignment 7 Part 2

This is the second part of assignment 7, in which we had to add color to the original logo we created in assignment 7.

Assignment 7

This was assignment 7, in which we had to create a logo using either a picture of a key, or a picture of a hammer. I made a logo using a key, for the company key real estate.

Assignment 6

This is assignment 6, in which we had to make a stamp of a word that illustrates its own meaning. After we made the stamp, we had to stamp it onto a sheet of card stock.  The word I chose to illustrate was jump, and it looks as if the m is jumping up.

Assignment 5

This is assignment 5, in which we were supposed to arrange some type of text into a document to resemble the illuminated manuscripts that were created before the type writer was invented. This assignment should appeal to audiences that lived in the old times when illuminated manuscripts were very popular. The song I chose to for this assignment is called “Love Like Woe” by The Ready Set.

Assignment 4: Trajan Lowercase Letters

This is assignment 4, in which we had to design two lowercase letters for the font Trajan, which was originally just made up of capital letters. The letters I had to make were the letters g and z.
